Further east lies the Penn's Landing area of Philadelphia, where the founder of the city, William Penn, first arrived along the Delaware River. With a lively waterfront park and a range of entertainment on offer, Penn's Landing is not to be missed. Other notable areas of Philadelphia worth visiting include the trendy South Street, the colonial Rittenhouse Square, and the Manayuk district, famed for its restaurants.
